MARNYXX collects information you voluntarily submit through our consultation and qualification forms, including contact, firm, operational, and engagement-readiness information.

How we use it

We use submitted information to evaluate fit, respond to requests, conduct business development, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Confidential information

Our public forms are not intended for client names, case facts, privileged communications, protected health information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive or confidential data. Submission does not create a consultant-client relationship.

Retention and safeguards

We retain business inquiry information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and use appropriate administrative and technical safeguards.
