Client operations transformation for growth-focused law firms

More qualified inquiries should become signed clients.

MARNYXX redesigns intake, response, scheduling, follow-up, and onboarding so law firms can stop losing valuable opportunities to operational breakdowns.

The problem we solve

Most firms do not need more leads first. They need a stronger system for the leads they already have.

01

Slow response

High-intent prospects move on before the firm creates a meaningful connection.

02

Inconsistent follow-up

Potential clients receive different experiences depending on who owns the inquiry.

03

Unclear accountability

Leaders cannot see where matters are stalled or why opportunities are lost.

04

Fragmented onboarding

Friction after the consultation weakens trust and delays engagement.

Engagement options

Start with the level of intervention your firm needs now.

Four distinct ways to strengthen intake. MARNYXX scopes the work first so your firm knows what will change, what will be delivered, and what remains outside scope.

What MARNYXX means by implementation

We configure the agreed workflows in approved tools, test them, document ownership and escalation, train designated staff, and prepare them for client-approved launch. Custom software development, legal or ethics advice, conflict clearance, historical data migration, third-party fees, and unlimited revisions are not included.

01 · Diagnose

Intake Revenue Leak Review

$3,500

A focused diagnostic for firms that need evidence before committing to a larger change. We examine one intake channel, identify the three highest-priority breakdowns, estimate their business impact using available data, and complete one bounded corrective action.

Best for: Leadership that suspects intake underperformance but needs a fact base, priorities, and a practical first move.

Engagement outcome: An evidence-based view of where intake is breaking down, what to address first, and one visible correction already completed.

View full scope

Included

  • One executive discovery session
  • Review of one intake channel for one office or practice group
  • Review of up to five supplied reports, scripts, forms, or process documents
  • Current-state intake map and revenue-leak scorecard
  • Three prioritized findings with a corrective roadmap
  • One limited corrective action: intake-script revision, ownership rule, response standard, scheduling-page correction, or one simple native automation
  • Executive findings and handoff meeting

Not included

CRM implementation, AI receptionist deployment, multichannel workflow redesign, custom integrations, and ongoing support are not included.

03 · Optimize

Intake Performance Sprint

$7,500

A focused process-improvement engagement that redesigns and implements up to two priority intake workflows—without requiring a firmwide transformation.

Best for: Firms generating inquiries but experiencing inconsistent qualification, delayed response, scheduling friction, weak follow-up, or unclear ownership.

Engagement outcome: Up to two implemented intake workflows with documented standards, named owners, staff training, and management visibility.

  • Review of up to two intake channels

  • Intake SOP and starter KPI scorecard
  • Up to two staff training sessions

04 · Transform

Client Intake Operating Model Transformation

Best for: Growth-focused firms where intake problems extend beyond one workflow and require executive alignment, cross-team implementation, and sustained change.

Engagement outcome: An approved future-state intake model with three implemented workflows, governance, documentation, training, and a stabilization plan.

Engagement clarity

Questions an executive should ask before approving the work.

What does implementation mean?

Implementation means configuring the agreed workflows in the client’s approved tools, testing them, documenting ownership and escalation, training designated staff, and preparing them for client-approved launch.

Are software and usage fees included?

No. Clients own and pay directly for third-party software, business phone, SMS, email, usage, and licensing charges unless a proposal expressly states otherwise.

Does MARNYXX provide legal advice or accept matters?

No. MARNYXX provides operations consulting. The law firm approves all scripts, disclosures, qualification criteria, escalation rules, data-handling requirements, conflict procedures, and matter-acceptance decisions.

How is the schedule determined?

The schedule is defined in the written scope after MARNYXX understands the firm’s complexity, access requirements, selected workflows, approval process, and staff availability.

Who owns the systems and data?

The client retains ownership of its accounts, systems, and data. MARNYXX receives only the access required to perform the approved engagement.

What happens when the scope changes?

Work outside the written scope—such as additional offices, workflows, integrations, data migration, or custom development—requires a written change order or separate proposal.
